fully equipped, 49-bed, Medicare-certified Health Center offers primary care nursing in a
safe and secure environment, with a higher professional staff-to-patient ratio. Structured activities provide socialization
in a home like setting. In addition, our Health Center offers customized
care in a soothing, positive environment for people with Alzheimer’s
disease and related memory-impaired disorders. Spacious single and
two room suites, private and semi-private rooms are available.
The Department of Internal Medicine of Christiana Care for Delaware
provides our Medical Director services. Professional nursing staff
is on duty around the clock.
